What should I expect when I visit or attend Cornerstone?
We understand one of the most important decisions you can make is which church to visit. Visiting a church for the first time can be overwhelming, however, we want to answer a few questions so your visit with us can be the best experience for you and your family.
If you feel comfortable doing so, fill out our guest card and let us know you are new to Cornerstone.

What should I expect on my first visit?
When you turn into our main entrance you will see a sign (FIRST TIME GUESTS, PLEASE TURN ON YOUR FLASHERS. YOU’RE OUR VIP). Our parking lot volunteers will give you your VIP treatment!
They will help you into one of our guest parking spaces near the Worship & Children Center where you will then be introduced to one of our greeters. They will help you and answer all your questions.
What do I wear?
You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our weekend services. Come in what is comfortable for you because at Cornerstone we are not concerned about what you look like or what you wear.
What is a Cornerstone worship service like?
We provide two worship opportunities on Sunday mornings at 9:00am and 10:30am. Each week you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music.
We use a variety of worship elements to help provide an amazing experience. Pastor Bill will also teach a practical and relevant message that will encourage and challenge you.
Where do I take my kids?
Our Cornerstone Kids Ministry meets during the 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM Sunday morning services. We have safe, age-appropriate ministries where the Bible is taught in creative and relevant ways for children in Nursery (Infants-Toddlers), Preschool (3K-4K), and Elementary (K-5th). On your first Sunday, visit the information desk in the atrium to check in and find the right ministries for your family!
Will my children be safe?
Absolutely! During every Worship service or Cornerstone Kids event you can be confident that your child is safe. Each Cornerstone Kids leader goes through an extensive background check and thorough ministry-specific training. We also have check-in/check-out procedures that ensure your children are safely welcomed and picked up from class.
What about my teenagers?
Our Cornerstone Student Ministry is the place to be for 6th-12th grade students. On Sunday mornings 6th, 7th, and 8th graders meet for TREK during the 10:30AM worship service in the upstairs Middle School room of the Worship & Children Center. Trek is a fun opportunity for students to connect with friends while being challenged to grow in their knowledge of God and relationship with Jesus.
Sunday nights in Cornerstone Student Ministry are about one thing: preparing for launch. What are we launching? Well the better question is, who are we launching? And the answer is: our students. While this sounds exhilarating (and dangerous), what we really mean is that our Sunday night event is structured for students to come and receive important Biblical teaching and crucial fellowship with each other that prepares them to launch into their week (their school, their team, their work, their home, etc.) further equipped to share God’s truth with those around them. The Launch serves as a weekly charging station (a launch pad!) for students to grow in their faith or begin a relationship with Christ.
At The Launch, we have a free meal, play games, engage with God’s Word through expositional Biblical teaching, and apply God’s Word through grade-specific small groups. The Launch is for all students, 6th through 12th grade. So now, only one question remains… Are you ready to Launch??
Every Wednesday evening our High School students join together for HSM Journey Groups from 6-8PM in Host Homes.
