Cornerstone Internship Opportunities

The internship program at Cornerstone is one of the most strategic ways we invest in God’s Kingdom. Our desire is to help develop the future leaders of the church through practical, hands-on ministry experience and intentional mentoring. We are passionate about building the next generation of church leaders, including those who will serve in vocational ministry and those who will honor the name of Christ in the secular workplace. As an intern, you will serve alongside our pastors and ministry support team to help facilitate the ministry of Cornerstone. Our prayer is that you will grow in knowledge and spiritual maturity, learn to function on a dynamic team, and gain valuable ministry and work experience, all of which will position you to serve Christ in the future, whatever that may hold.

Who Should Apply?

Students must be 16 years of age to begin an internship. We offer a limited number of Volunteer and Staff Internships each year. Internship opportunities are highly competitive and are awarded based on assessed relational and spiritual maturity, ministry engagement, and experience. Most qualifying applicants will enter the program as a Volunteer Intern and progress into a Staff Internship through proven character and ability. Staff Internships are paid and involve a higher level of responsibility, which may include training and/or leading other interns. The internship year runs from May through April, while actual internships run for Summer, Fall, or Winter. Active interns must reapply by the spring deadline to be considered for an internship in the coming year. Responsibilities require interns to possess a driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation.

The following internships are available annually, depending upon availability. Note: Applying for an internship at Cornerstone does not guarantee an interview or position. Internship opportunities are subject to availability and are highly competitive.
